The Workspaces settings page gives Admins a centralized view of every workspace in the organization — active, archived, and scheduled for deletion. This is where you manage the lifecycle of your workspaces beyond just creating them.
Accessing workspace settings
Go to Settings → Workspaces. This section is available to Admins only.
What you'll see
Workspaces are grouped into three sections:
Active workspaces
Your live, working workspaces. These are the ones your team can access and create content in. You can:
Rename a workspace — Click the action menu and select Edit, then type the new name inline
Archive a workspace — Moves it out of the active list without deleting it
Schedule for deletion — Starts a 14-day countdown before permanent removal
The Add Workspace button in this section links to the workspace creation flow.
Archived workspaces
Workspaces that have been archived — set aside but not deleted. All content inside them is preserved. You can:
Restore — Moves the workspace back to the active list
Schedule for deletion — If you're sure you no longer need it
Archiving is useful when you've finished a client engagement or wrapped up a brand you're no longer actively working on. Everything stays intact in case you need it later.
Scheduled for deletion
Workspaces in the final countdown before permanent removal. Each one shows the number of days remaining before it's gone.
You can:
Cancel deletion — Moves the workspace back to its previous state (active or archived)
Once the 14-day window passes, the workspace and all its content — projects, emails, briefs, comments, everything — are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
When to archive vs. delete
Archive when:
You've finished a client project but might reference it later
You're pausing a brand temporarily
You want to reduce clutter without losing anything
Delete when:
You're certain you won't need the workspace or its content again
You're cleaning up test or demo workspaces
A client relationship has ended and all deliverables have been exported
The 14-day grace period is your safety net. If you realize you made a mistake, you have two weeks to cancel the deletion.
Renaming workspaces
From the Workspaces settings page, click the action menu on any workspace and select Edit. The name becomes editable inline — type the new name and it saves automatically. This is the same result as renaming from the workspace creation settings, just more convenient when managing multiple workspaces at once.
